    We ask that you give us up to 5 business days to process your order before shipping due to all items being handmade fresh and made to order. There are no additional charges for priority shipping. We offer our customers the cheapest shipping options available. USPS can take up to 48 business hours to update their tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us and we will reach out to USPS on your behalf.

    Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours. If cancellations should arise after 24 hours, a refund will not be issued unless the reason for cancellation is for non-shipment of orders or if there are missing items from your order.

Once an item is marked as delivered we advise all customers to reach out to their local USPS station that delivers to their address. If you receive your tracking information and it is not updated within 48 hours, we are happy to reach out to USPS on the customer's behalf.
